Many look at packing as if it is a chore, something they do not want to complete but needs to be done anyway. I know that I sometimes wish I can hire someone to do all the packing that is needed for an upcoming trip or vacation. It is important that when packing you do not wait until the last minute because generally when you wait until the night before to pack your bags you will end up forgetting ot bring something along with you.

However when you forget items such as medication, this can turn your vacation into a hassle. A list can be made way in advance to your trip and can be used as a reference when you are gathering your items and placing them in the suitcase.
Start the list early, when you first figure out where you are going and when it is fresh in your mind. Add all the things that you think you will need to take along. Add whatever you want to the list, when the time comes you can always cross things off that don’t seem as important anymore. Maybe you thought that you need those vintage wooden clogs on your skiing trip, but on second thought you could probably get along without lugging them to the mountains. Clogs are better in the summertime, but those are the calls you’re going to have to make on the fly.
By making a list you have just turned this tiresome chore into something that is fast and easy. Just think, once you have all your items packed you can head towards your vacation destination and have the fun and relaxation that you deserve.
